About this cottage rental
Quiet, peaceful & secluded, Serenity Lane Cottage is the perfect place to call home away from home! Built new in Fall of 2019! It is located next door to Erskine college. We have added a side patio with a charcoal grill and dining table!
Your own private lane and parking, full kitchen, coffee maker & coffee, laundry facilities, and dishwasher make staying with us relaxing and enjoyable!
Our location says Donald’s but we are actually on the outside of Due West and Erskine College.Serenity Lane Cottage is perfect for parents visiting college kids, tourists or someone simply looking for a quiet reprieve. We also welcome visitors to The Renaissance.
Our cottage is equipped with:
-high speed internet
-smart TV
-drip coffee maker & French press
-ground coffee provided
-shampoo/conditioner/bath wash
-hairdryer
-iron/ironing board
-washer/dryer
-ceiling fans in all bedrooms & living room
-self check in using key pad
-front outside seating
-side patio with dining and charcoal grill
We've taken great care to furnish the space with simple yet comfortable furniture and decor, and you'll have full access to change the thermostat to whatever temperature you prefer.
Once inside, you'll find a bright, open floor plan with plenty of natural light (and blinds and curtains for privacy).
The kitchen and dining area are perfect for everything from making a cup of coffee or having a casual take-out meal, to cooking a full meal from scratch. We provide silverware, kitchen tools, pots and pans, a strainer, toaster, bowls, plates, glassware and more.
In the bathroom you'll find shampoo, conditioner and body wash, and plenty of towels and washcloths.
We are here to make this an enjoyable stay for you.

Beautiful cottage with all you need for a few days. Hosts were super easy to work with and answered all our questions. Would highly recommend staying here if you like a quiet environment and a clean property.
