This villa is very clean with an open floor plan to make a comfortable stay for you! The large Master Bedroom has a King with a super plush mattress and a 44” Roku smart TV. The second Bedroom has a queen. Furnished kitchen, washer dryer, Futon couch, free WiFi and a 50” Roku smart TV in the family room rounds out this well maintained unit! Close to Majestic Springs Golf, Roberts Center, Cowan lake, Wilmington College, Clinton Memorial Hospital, Elks Lodge and golf, Wilmington Air Park to name a few. 5 min to World Equestrian Center and 30 min to Kings Island! My son and I stayed here while visiting World Equestrian Center to see his sister. It was convenient to the facility in a quiet community and very well kept. Will stay again when we come back.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. I really love the property. It’s so quiet and peaceful. Very easy drive to the Roberts Center.
