About this apartment rental
In 2020 completely renovated 60m² apartment, located in the middle of Eindhoven Centre. All the shops, museums, restaurants, bars and famous spots are just within a short walking-distance.
It's designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible, all while being Eco-Friendly; sustainable products are used and for each booking we plant a tree via Trees for All.
The apartment has a spacious bedroom with a private terrace and the living area features a sofa-bed, to accommodate up to 4 people.
You enter the building by using a key-code and then you have to go up 1 staircase to enter the apartment, as it is on the first floor.
After completing your booking we offer three optional services (subject to availability) that you can request via our online check-in link (to be received after booking confirmation):
• Early check-in for €25
• Late check-out for €25
• Baby bed / cot for €30

The apartment is in a great location in the center of town. It's a nice size with all the needed amenities. Being in the center of town it is not quiet - the neighbors coming and going are very loud, and the street noise on the weekend is significant, to the point of waking people up (and I am a deep sleeper). Also, parking options are not very good, and is quite expensive.
The main issue is the poor communication. This apartment is being run by a property management company, not an owner. Which is fine, but they treat it like a hotel, charging for "early check-in" (really?), and not making any accommodations. I reached out a couple of times in advance of the reservation looking for clarity on a couple of items and did not get a response.
