This villa is located on the Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardeche park. The park is in a beautiful location, on the river l'Ardeche. At the park you will find several communal facilities including a large swimming pool with children's pool and tennis courts, which you can use.

Well-appointed villa with private pool. Spacious and tastefully decorated living room with open kitchen with all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher and other equipment. The villa has wifi internet. On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom.
First floor: 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.
Outside: Large lawn and private swimming pool (7.5 x 3.5 m). The swimming pool is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers. The pool can be covered in the cooler months, so that the water stays better at temperature. Covered terrace with garden furniture, on the lawn is a large tree that offers some extra shade in the warm summer months. Covered parking space on private property.
