About this villa rental
New house finished in June 2017 on the ground floor 4 bedrooms of 115 M2 located between the STER and the white sand beach (600 m), not far from the magnificent port of LESCONIL (1.8 KM). It can accommodate 10 people with 3 double beds and 2 times 2 bunk beds, with a living room, kitchen (equipped with dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave, combi fridge) of 45 m2, two shower rooms (two showers), two toilets and a storeroom. The bedrooms will be fitted with cupboards.
The south-facing terrace with its heated 7 X 4 swimming pool with a 1.40 m flat bottom will allow you to rest and relax.
The 700 m2 garden will be closed and planted with trees.
Cleaning is not included in the basic price (+100 euros) or linen (40 euros per week for all holidaymakers)
A tourist tax of 0.66 cts per adult per day must be added.

We have just returned from a 7 night stay in this villa. The photos don’t do it justice, we absolutely loved it here. My parents have limited mobility and it was perfect for them with the showers being walk in all on one level and even steps into the pool. The villa was equipped with everything we needed. The only one slight downside was the waste arrangements but once we knew from the villa agent where to take it that was all fine.
The location for us was perfect. The ports were both beautiful as was the beach which is only a stones throw away. We couldn’t have asked for more.

We were an extended family of 7 visiting this French region for the first time. The location is good, quiet neighbourhood but within walking distance of shops and beach. The children loved the pool, and enclosed garden where they could play safely while we relaxed. We took bikes, and it was a brilliant area for cycling, and the garage provided somewhere safe to store them. The house was very well equipped, especially the kitchen, it was probably the best we have visited. We bought food to eat in the house most days, and used the barbecue a few times. I would not hesitate to recommend this holiday home.

This house is perfect for families, is well equipped, in a quiet neighbourhood and the heated pool is fantastic.
The beach is so close and beautiful and the local area is definitely worth exploring with even more lovely beaches to discover.

In great condition, peaceful location not far from town. The heated pool was much loved and the open-plan kitchen/ dining/ living room plus lots of board games was perfect for our family holiday.
