Immersed in Le Marche's green hills, 5 km from Umbria, the villa with swimming pool is the result of the fantastic restructuring of an old rural building. Quiet and panoramic views are important elements of this villa.
Ideal for a relaxing holiday or a naturalistic one, it also gives you the opportunity to visit beautiful places in a few minutes and we can help you to plan your holiday.
Between Le Marche and Umbria, near five Natural Parks, it's ideal for relax, trekking, hiking, mountain biking, horse hiking and birdwatching. Near Gubbio, Assisi and Urbino you can also have enogastronomic and culture itinerary: DOC wines and pasta + arts and culture go hand in hand.
The House:
Innovative design solutions and environmental carefulness maintein climate comfort, both during the summer and winter. The house is made warm and comfortable even with natural light and the choices of the furniture. The owners main objectives are hospitality, availability and home care in every detail.
The ground floor overlooking the swimming pool and the beautiful garden is characterized by large windows that provide natural light. Here are the living room and the kitchen well equipped, rooms with separate entrance. First floor there is a sitting area with a beautiful view of the hills and wide over the TV area.

Welness area with Jacuzzi and sauna, Technogym fitness area, a volleyball field and a table football complete the offer.

CHEF SCHOOL IN YOUR "OWN" VILLA- ca. 2 hours
The chef school takes place in your holiday home, where you will be taught a whole Italian menu consisting of antipasti, starters, main course and dessert. You will end the night by tasting your dinner in your own surroundings. The price is dependant on the menu you choose. Order at Local Living and we will sort the practicalities with the chef. A great Italian holiday with wonderful hosts, Le Perelle is a gem of a villa. The villa is beautifully finished Eco house with all the trappings you'd expect. The pool and garden are fantastic. Sit back and relax with the mountain view and hill top towns all around. Very peaceful - the real Italy. Yet you are a short drive from so many amazing churches and towns, plus outstanding mountains and gorges. The owners are so helpful and friendly. We went for a hike one day with the owner as our guide. There is nothing I would highlight as a negative. Our teenage boys lovely the games room in the basement with a huge jacuzzi and lovely sauna, plus table football and weights. We would highly recommend this villa. Chris and family, London
