The Guesthouse is an 1860 town home with 2 bedrooms (upstairs) and one and one-half baths, and a large living and dining room all appointed in a unique style of simple elegance with modern amenities. Business travelers will find that this makes for the perfect home away from home. We provide tailored-to-your-needs service, with a fully-stocked fridge upon request. Perrysburg is a hip boutique-town that is very walk-able and has fantastic restaurants and shopping. Enjoy relaxing on the back deck overlooking the gardens or the front porch watching people go by all while remaining very private in the heart of it all! Come stay with us and enjoy the charm and elegance this historic river town!

If you are 2 guests staying in 2 rooms, there is an additional $100.00 per night.
If you are 3 guests, staying in 2 rooms, the additional $100.00 per night applies.
Cleaning kitchen fee of $100.00 for 7 (or less) day stay, $300.00 for month long stay, both refundable if not necessary, (If you don't use kitchen)!
