Balum is this family house by the sea, located on thepeninsula of Cabellou, 1 minute walk from the beaches, it is ideal for holidays for families or groups of friends.

Balum is this neo Breton who looks great, freshly renovated she's a real family, a peaceful home where it's good to live !
Is there anything more beautiful than having a moment of tranquility as you return from your day of strolling and strolling under its large oak tree to watch the children swing on its suspended buoy!
It is on the Cabellou peninsula, one of the most popular neighbourhoods of Concarneau, very appreciated for its magnificent setting and the tranquility that reigns there that this house of the 70s is located in which tradition blends perfectly with modernity.
The ground floor consists of a lovely entrance that deserts a large bright living room with its rotunda living room and its living room opening onto the outside adjoining the kitchen. Always on the ground floor, a corridor allows to separate the night part which consists of a toilet and two bedrooms each enjoying a bathroom.
Upstairs you will also find two bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet and a dormitory that can accommodate 4 additional people/children.
