This private estate is perfect for a serene getaway, featuring premier amenities and breathtaking mountain views across an expansive 20-acre estate. The kitchen is conveniently located between indoor and outdoor dining areas and is equipped with a gas top range, along with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Relax and unwind in the spacious living area, complete with a smart TV and cable for your entertainment. Waterfall Manor boasts four beautifully appointed bedrooms and four full baths, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. With refinement in mind, Waterfall Manor includes two Main Suites with attached baths. The first showcases a King-Sized bed with an infinity-style soaking tub, a Walk-In Shower, and a makeup vanity that is perfect for getting ready for a night out in downtown Asheville. Retire to the second Main Suite which includes another King Bed, a private gas fireplace, an adjoining sitting area, a spacious full bath with a tub and additional gas fireplace, and of course a lavish walk-in closet.

Host a family BBQ using the gas grills and dine al fresco in the large gazebo overlooking the private pond. • Please note, the infinity bathtub in the main bedroom suite of Waterfall Manor has non-functioning jets. This tub is meant to be used exclusively as a soaking tub. Thank you for your understanding.
• For safety concerns, swimming is not allowed in the pond.



This Is a Pet-Friendly Property -- Please Read this Important Information!
We love our furry friends! If you'll be bringing your dog(s) with you, use the "Personal Message" box when making your reservation to tell us how many (max. 2 dogs) and their weight.
• There is a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per dog (plus taxes) 2 dogs max.
• Note that the pet fee will not be included in your total rental amount. Your payment is due directly to Carolina Mornings Vacation Rentals.
• A Vacation Planner from Carolina Mornings Vacation Rentals will contact you within 72 hours of acceptance of your booking to collect the pet fee.
• Failure to pay the pet fee may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
• The pet fee is required; undeclared pets are subject to a penalty fine per the rental agreement terms.
• The pet policies for this vacation rental, which can be found on the last page of your rental agreement, should be reviewed PRIOR TO BOOKING.

This reservation includes a non-refundable damage waiver policy. If you prefer to use a refundable security deposit, please contact our office to provide a check for the security deposit and we will refund the damage waiver. Thank you!
