About this apartment rental
At the historic location of Plaka we built with much love and respect a luxury complex of suites and apartments. This is Meno residence and we will be with you for a unique experience in Athens, Greece.
The building dates since 1932 and it is a fantastic and also typical Neoclassical interwar structure. We made a strong team surrouneded by architects, interior designers, archeologists and mechanics and we are glad we final get exact the result we had in mind. The renovation was finalize on the summer of 2022 and since July we will be ready to host you on our little gem, in the heart of Athens! We will definitely be with you throughout of your trip!
This suite is indicated on the third floor and it is an outstanding situation living here on the top of this building! It includes a huge terrace, a jaccuzzi, a double and comfortable bed, a luxury bathroom, a minibar, a nespresso machine. The luxury of the materials and their ideal organization in the space will try to relax even the most demanding travelers. You can have access to the laundry unit that is shared with the tenants of the 2nd . We will definitely be with you throughout of your trip!

My residence is in the historical center of Athens. This means that all attractions are within walking distance. Parking is hard to find in the center of Athens, but there is a private one next to our property with an extra cost. The supermarket is 150 meters away and there is a pharmacy right next to it. Countless restaurants and bars, your choices are truly endless, shops and the local market, everything is right at your feet. The Acropolis in 7 minutes, Monastiraki in 3 minutes, Syntagma in 4 minutes, Metro in 3 minutes.
Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.
The whole apartment is fully air conditioned and full heated while there is 24/7 hot water.
Entire property has free Wi-Fi!
Monastiraki is the closest Metro station and the bus station is 100 meters away.
Smoking is not allowed
Common quiet hours 11:00 p.m. – 07:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Early check-in, late check-out, and late check-in after 00:00 are available upon request, subject to availability, and come with a small additional fee.
There is a parking lot with an additional fee nearby

Great location, a short walk from shopping, restaurants and the sites. Apartment was very clean, comfortable and the rooftop patio with hot tub was lovely in the evening! Beautiful views! Hosts were very responsive and helpful with transfers. Highly recommend!

Location: very good. Attractions are within easy walking distance. Acropolis visible from upper terrace.
Accessibility: poor. Awkward and potentially fall-inducing step up from a curved staircase onto flood for elevator.
Elevator opens right into the apartment, which is neat but also a bit worrisome for both privacy and safety reasons. You have to enter a code so it’s not like anyone can just randomly pop into your bedroom but since there is no other exit from the apartment, what do you do if there is a fire??
Apartment size: small. We didn’t check but the sofa in living room is probably a sofa bed. Bathroom is only one, and common - meaning toilet and shower are together. You’d be lining up if there were four people staying. And be very cozy too considering size.
Bathroom supplies: there was only a single small hotel size tube of shampoo. No shower gel or bath soap although a small hand soap was provided. We had to buy our own body wash.
Kitchen: Kitchen? There was a coffee maker with 3-4 pods of nespresso but no accompanying sugar, creamer. There is NO microwave. An electric kettle and silverware were provided. There are no burners, just a small sink. In other words, this is a coffee station not a kitchen. Don’t expect to be making breakfast here!!
Host: very communicative. Arranged transportation etc promptly and the drivers themselves were very good.
All in all, good place for 2 people with each access to attractions but with its own limitations.
