About this chalet rental
Located in Penthièvre, at the entrance to the Quiberon Peninsula, this charming house with direct beach access will delight you with its exceptional ocean view, comfort and tranquillity.
Bright and welcoming, it will be the ideal base for spending a memorable family holiday and discovering the region under the best conditions. Ideal for water sports enthusiasts.
IN JULY & AUGUST: RENTAL FROM SUNDAY TO SUNDAY
This house, situated in an enclosed garden, comprises on the first level, a large room with sea views including the lounge with wood-burning stove, the dining room in a glazed extension, a fully equipped integrated kitchen opening onto an external terrace on this level, a vestibule and a separate WC.
The second level consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom with WC. On the top floor, three bedrooms and a shower room with WC complete the layout of the house.
On the garden level, the house offers a utility room with shower, very practical upon return from the beach.
The external spaces comprise an enclosed garden at the rear of the house and two wooden terraces. One is situated on the garden side (to the east), the second, on the sea side and facing due West, is the natural extension of the lounge in summer.
Possibility of parking in front of the house or within the property.
The property is part of a residential neighbourhood facing the ocean, free from any collective construction.
Good to know:
- House reserved for family use, groups abstain. The house capacity cannot exceed 8 people.
- At your disposal: Free WiFi, TV, wood-burning stove (wood not provided)
- Baby equipment on request (paid).
- Terraces with garden furniture and barbecue.
- Sheets and household linen provided as standard. The provision includes disposable bed protectors, sheets, 2 bath towels per person, bath mats and tea towels.

Perfect atmosphere in a big house with everything you need. We enjoyed the cozy fireplace. A bit windy, so the noise was strong in the night and a bit of water came in through some windows, but that did not reduce our great stay. A big thank you, absolutely a big recommendation.
