Hamilton Villa is a magnificent villa for rent, located in Koskinou Village, which offers a private swimming pool and an outdoor heated jacuzzi. The property is only a 5-minute drive away from Kallithea beach and at a short drive from the city of Rhodes. It provides you with the perfect setting for unique holidays in Rhodes and conveniently accommodates up to 12 guests.
This luxury villa features large interior spaces with an elegant design that creates a welcoming atmosphere, as well as exceptional outdoor spaces with great gardening and amenities. On the ground floor, there’s an airconditioned bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Also, it has a smart Tv and a mini-fridge. On the first floor, there are four airconditioned bedrooms—half of them with double beds, and half of them with twin beds. Three of the first-floor bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with a shower. Also, there’s a sharing bathroom with a shower and a wc. On the second floor, there’s the spacious master bedroom, it offers a built-in bed and an incredible design. Also, there’s a smart Tv and a mini-fridge. This bedroom has a private entrance to a dreamy furnished terrace. Hamilton Villa has two spacious living rooms; each is set on a different floor. On the ground floor, there’s an open plan fully equipped kitchen, suitable for any meal preparation, accompanied by the living area and a wc. Also, there’s a gym area and a library.
