Beautiful location on a quite street, relax in the quiet peaceful back yard garden hot tub all year round, and then only a 2 minute walk to all the best restaurants and night life of downtown Royal Oak! Parking available on private driveway and entire property is available for your use. Fully fenced back yard, security lighting. I live a few blocks away, neighborhood is amazing. I am available should the need for anything arise and guest happiness is my top priority! Thank you for looking! Please reach out before booking same day check in to ensure a smooth transaction. Please inquire for special requests such as party or gathering requests or for more than four people on the property. Included with your stay: Dish soap and hand soap. Laundry detergent may or may not be included but laundy machines are available for use. One breakfast included : 2 cerial bars, 4 kcups of coffee, starbucks available upon request. Also 2 rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels. Longer stays you are expected to provide your own paper products as needed. Baby pack and play available with advance request For your use are all furniture and appliances shown, cooking utensils, flatware and dinnerware, pots and pans, and salt/pepper and oil. Gas cooktop and oven is fully function and ready to cook. Please leave the house clean, bag trash, gather used towels, and load and start dishwasher. Early check in or late check out may be available for additional fee, please inquire. No ice coolers inside, no smoking no drugs no binge drinking, no parking trailers or equipment on driveway, all pets must be declared, short notice

Kitchen and basement access in the back of house, and back door leads to 200 sqft deck with 200 sqft patio below with the hot tub easily accessible from each. The yard and garden is also for your use to relax in and enjoy. ***see photos for how to use the hot tub cover lifter Tool shed and basement closet remain locked and used for maintenance only. Home was very nice, clean and cozy. it’s located in an extremely nice . Neighborhood Felt like a very safe Environment. Host was great with communication back-and-forth whenever needed.

Great and clean little home in the heart of Royal Oak. Perfect location for just about anything you need to enjoy yourself. Food, shopping, grocery stores, and downtown Royal Oak within minutes. Great host. I would definitely come back.

This house is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to downtown. We had a little trouble with getting in, but Ian was very responsive and helpful. The house has been nicely remodeled with lovely architectural detailing on many of the walls. There were flowers, fresh fruit, and snacks available.The hand towel hanging in the bathroom was damp upon our arrival, and there was minimal toilet paper provided (1/2 roll on the holder and 1/3 roll in the cabinet). The sheets for the fold out couch were eventually located in the dryer in the basement. There weren't enough blankets, and the blankets provided were thin. We didn't find instructions for the gas fireplace and weren't able to use it. The hot tub was clean and well maintained. Ian graciously approved our request for late check-out. We paid well over 500 for less than 24 hours, and expected better bedding, sufficient toilet paper, and a working fireplace.
