Off Dear Lake in Loon Lake, centrally located between Spokane and 49s North Mountain Resort. Ice fishing access on Dear Lake; ski/snowboard at 49s North, snowmobile trails and hunting; good base location for a myriad of activities. Peaceful as well. Well outfitted kitchen.
