Walking distance to grocery store, movie theatre, salons, restaurants, etc. All new appliances (oldest is 3 years) including washer and dryer in apartment. Wi-fi included, quiet neighborhood, covered parking space. All kitchen necessaries included. Ideal for young couple, student, vacationers, etc. Hiking, Golf, Museums, National and State Parks, Shopping, all nearby. Air purifier system installed as part of HVAC March 2021

The property is in a great part of Scottsdale, within walking distance of stores and restaurants. The residents are mostly retired or older, and very friendly. A great place.
