About this house rental
Walk out the back door straight to the waters edge. Enjoy the view, sit on the deck, go fishing from the bank, swim, rent jet skis or a barge from Lacey's marina two minutes away and just relax and enjoy Greer’s Ferry lake! Located at the end of a quiet neighborhood, There is a Dollar General located very nearby as well as nice restaurants. Two bedrooms downstairs with king size beds and a large bathroom with shower/tub combo, this bath also has a washer and dryer located in it. The master bedroom has a door directly into the bath. Sleeper sofa in living room (queen). Upstairs has an additional common seating area and two bedrooms, one has two twin size beds and one has a queen. There are two bathrooms

Great communication from owner. Very clean! The house was well supplied and plenty of room for everyone. We loved the view from the back deck while drinking our coffee in the morning. Will definitely be staying here again!

House is super comfortable and large enough for us with 3 grown kids. Low key area with still all amenities.Wonderful stay!

Took our grown children with their children ((6,8,11 & 16) 4 berm with upstairs den, 3 bathrooms, 2 decks and a/c garage with plenty of games for adults and all the kids. Kitchen was fully stocked even with a crockpot. Plenty of towels for all with out washing everyday. Property was clean and spacious. Lake was up about 9 ft so we didn’t play in water at the house. We rented boats for everyday and had an absolute Blast. Oh! There were even Beach towels available for use, we brought our in and hair dryer! This lake house was Perfect for us right at the end of the road. Loved it!
