Spacious estate, unique in its kind, ready to welcome groups of friends and families. The property is rented exclusively, consisting of four independent dwellings with private bathrooms. There is a trullo with a double bedroom and bathroom; a trullo with a double bedroom, a living area with a one-and-a-half-seater sofa bed and a bathroom; an apartment with a kitchen, a double bedroom, a room with a bunk bed (one-and-a-half-seater below and single above) and two bathrooms; an apartment with a kitchen, a double bedroom and a single bed, a room with a bunk bed (one-and-a-half-seater below and single above) and a bathroom. Externally, there is a large and beautiful swimming pool, equipped with sun loungers, surrounded by typical vegetation. There is also a large patio in the garden, equipped with tables, kitchen and barbecue. Private parking, laundry and outdoor showers are available to guests. Adjacent to the estate with discretion and separate outdoor areas, the owner is always available to satisfy any request. Swimming pool open from 15 April to 30 September 2025 and from 1 April to 30 September 2026. Animals are allowed upon request, paying a supplement. From 1 October to 30 April, a supplement of €15 per day for heating.
