About this house rental
This desirable three bedroom home is perfect for any occasion! Views and backyard BBQ. AC and heating for your comfort. Location is key with this home. 5 min from UNR, 4-5 star restaurants in the Biggest Little City. Enjoy outdoor concerts, Spa day, gamble the night away at GSR, Atlantis, Nugget or Silver Legacy. Enjoy a short drive to South/North Lake Tahoe, and the famous Virginia City, snowboard at the Popular Mount Rose or Boreal ski resorts. Free parking!

The space
The kitchen is fully stocked with all you will need to prepare delicious meals. A bbq in the back yard with out door furniture for your enjoyment. The outdoor cushion's are along the side of the house.
Guest access
There are three rooms with 2 queen size beds and 1 bunk bed. This is our home, we use it just as much as our guest do. We love coming to Reno for all activities and concerts Reno has to offer. We do have our belongings in the home as well since we come here frequently. We provide Sheets and Towels.

Rhonda is fantastic!! This is our 2nd time staying at her property and it was just as good as the first time. We will definitely be staying here every time we visit Reno.

The property was okay. It had snowed before we arrived and there was still a lot of snow on the driveway. I borrowed a snow shovel from my father and cleared the snow. Have someone make sure the snow is cleared off in the future. You should also have the gutters on the front of the home cleaned out, rain and melting snow ran down in a steady stream on all of use. It would have been nice to have a mat inside the front door to wipe our shoes. Also please provide some everyday glass ware. All we had were coffee mugs and adult beverage glasses. There was a TV in one of the bedrooms that the remote didn’t work nor did it appear to he hooked up to anything to use. The neighborhood was quiet, but the houses are close together with.a lot of vehicles on the street. It wouldn’t take much to make this a more desirable property, but I will look at staying somewhere else the next time we visit Reno.
