About this apartment rental
The studio is an elegant and soothing combination of both Italian charm and modern design with all the amenities. It's a place for travelers to reset, relax, and create new memories!
The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment has a dish washer and a washing machine. Our guests will have access to a brand new jacuzzi inside the apartment as well as an aroma therapy shower, a beautiful fireplace and a connectable music system. They will also have access to a sea view terrace.
** The studio is a short walk (less than 10 minutes) to everything in Manarola - restaurants, cafes, hiking trails, seaside, shops and more. However, we always want our guests to understand that the studio is toward the top of Manarola so it requires walking up a steep mountainside hill. It also requires walking up a staircase that leads to the third floor. There are many stairs so we ask guests to please consider these aspects in regard to physical capabilities and luggage. There is a luggage service available which we can call to reserve if you would like some help. The price of the luggage delivery is not included in the booking. **
ABOUT US:
My name is Davide Scorza. I was born and raised in Manarola and lived here my whole life. My parents created the restaurant Il Porticciolo located on the main street of Manarola in 1972. Now I am the owner of that same restaurant and we have expanded by opening a wine and food bar that offers premiere wine tastings. In addition to the restaurant business, I worked in my family's bed and breakfast business. I recently decided to open my own rooms for rent because I truly enjoy sharing my culture and home with tourists from all corners of the world. I love to travel! I've visited South America, EU countries, USA, Mexico. I speak fluent Italian, English, some Spanish, and a few words in French! I live on the floor below the apartment for rent with my girlfriend Erica. Erica is American and was born in the state of Florida. We met almost five years ago and now she teaches English in La Spezia. She speaks some Italian and fluent English so if you ever have questions please feel free to knock on the door or come visit us in the restaurant! We can't wait for you to check out the beautiful village of Manarola and it's unique culture!

This property was everything as advertised! We had the best stay. And if you are not familiar with Cinque Terre you will appreciate soaking in the luxurious hot tub at the end of every day. We hiked a lot and ended every day soaking. Carina met us when we arrived and assisted with our luggage. She was amazing. The space was as comfortable as could be and the views/balcony were spectacular! We highly recommend this space and will definitely be back for another visit. Just perfection. Thank you Davide and Erica! We are so grateful for such amazing memories!

What a beautiful and relaxing stay. This location is just amazing. It's really quiet and has everything you need. Check in was a breeze. Would highly recommend!

We stayed June 27-July 2, 2025. The apartment is stunning, as is the view. Erica and Davide were excellent hosts! They left a binder with multiple suggestions for things to do in Manarola and other parts of the area. We tried several of the recommended restaurants and thought they were great. It was very helpful to have the washing machine in the room. They provided bathrobes, slippers, beach towels and a good hairdryer. The AC works really well. We would absolutely stay with Erica and Davide again if possible. One suggestion - pack LIGHT or look into a luggage transport service. The hill from the train station to the apartment is killer if you have a large suitcase, which we did because we had our daughter’s wedding in Tuscany right before our time in Cinque Terre.
