About this chalet rental
In the heart of the beautiful Paradiski ski area, with a view of the valley, the chalet is a stone's throw from the shops and the French ski school of Les Arcs 1600. The skis put on and take off their shoes at the door. In winter, access is easy on foot from the parking lot and the station. The parking lot is around 80m away for easy installation. This family chalet combines calm, comfort and Savoyard atmosphere. South-facing terraces, sledding, walks, wifi, and children's games. .. The kitchen is very well equipped.
A deposit of 2000 € will be requested on your arrival by the concierge.
A cleaning deposit of € 250 will also be requested by this same concierge. You will be asked to do the minimum: take out the trash, empty the dishwasher, etc. (see rental contract).

Great chalet not quite on the pist as the ski lift nearby was shut (button lift).
Could ski back to the chalet (snow permitting) but not out (short walk).
Conciergerie system so you will need to make your way into the station and pick up keys from the concierge and same on departure (opens at 10am). Could have done without tbh but cant have every thing!
Didnt like the bedding and towel hiring system as such as this was another thing to collect and return (heavy for 6 adults beds, kitchen towels and bath towels)
Lovely to bring the dog as the chalet is on the pedestrian Chemin de Bellecote linking 1600 to 1800 through the pine trees.
Dog friendly resort and superbe skiing. A lovely holiday just wanted to point out what could have been better for our family. Would recommend !
