This beautifully decorated 3BR/2BA oceanfront Victorian cottage style home has hardwood & carpet floors, stained glass lighting, stainless steel kitchen, LCD TVs & computer w/WIFI. It is located by another classic.. the quiet literary themed Sylvia Beach Hotel.

You won't have to drive once you arrive! You'll be steps away from Nye Beach and the fine dining & shopping of the Historic District. If you wish to venture further, all of Newport's other attractions are nearby.

Great location. Great view. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. A short walk to the beach. I would love to watch the king tides from this location. Hosts were helpful when needed. Parking was easy during our stay. We would love to stay here again if/when we come back to Newport.
