About this apartment rental
Beautiful comfortable apartment in a nice quiet and secure residence in the city center, 2 steps from the train station and 10 minutes by car or bus from central Tours.
2nd floor with elevator, this apartment of 90 m² has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces and private parking to easily park your car.
The living rooms are composed of a large living room of 35 m² with a large bay window overlooking a terrace facing south and a separate, fully equipped kitchen open onto a balcony where you can dine.
The sleeping area is separated by a double door and consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower and toilet, and a separate toilet.
Each piece has areas of storage and all the equipment necessary for your comfort: Internet access, flat screen TV, home appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker ...)
Ideally located for exploring the city on foot or through the region of the Loire Castles, this apartment can accommodate up to 8 people, is perfect for family holidays, with friends or for a business trip.
A parking space inside the residence with access by an electric gate is also available.

Of the four different properties we stayed at on this trip, to me this was the best place we stayed at. The apartment was clean, there was secured parking for our car, and even though we were only able to stay one night, we made use of the both balconies. If I do come back to Tours, I would not hesitate to book this place again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. After Paris it was so nice to sleep in complete silence and darkness. Lorene was lovely and very helpful
For anyone doing the Loire a Velo, the apartment is a few minutes ride from the path and there is a secure bike locker. Ideal!

St Pierre des Corps apartment is spacious, clean, quiet, and well located. It works well with train or bus to various chateaus, and easily accessible by TGV to and from Paris.
A few more basic kitchen and bathroom supplies would be appreaciated for longer stays. It makes it all just a little bit easier.
