The well-furnished apartment “Rosenrot” is situated in a quiet residential area of Überlingen and is perfect for relaxing holidays only a short walk from the lake. The 50 m² apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite television and a highchair. You can start the day with coffee on the private open terrace with a dining table or spend the evenings there with tasty home-cooked dinners and a glass of wine. The nearest supermarket is a 7-minute walk (600 m) away, a bakery can be found after an 8-minute walk (650 m), a pharmacy is 1 km or a 13-minute walk away, and you can reach restaurants within 600 m or a 7-minute walk away from the apartment. A train station is 1.3 km or a 16-minute walk away. The closest beach, Ostbad, where you can swim in the clear blue water and enjoy the fantastic panorama, is a 29-minute walk or 5-minute drive (2.6 km) away. The charming centre of Überlingen, with lovely architecture, bustling promenades and a thermal bath, can be reached after an 8-minute drive or 4 km from the property, but you can get there easily by train after only one stop. From the ferry terminal in Meersburg, a 15-minute drive (10 km) away, you can cross the lake to Konstanz and visit the picturesque old town centre with centuries-old architecture and a famous cathedral. The Lake Constance region offers numerous great hiking and cycling routes through scenic landscapes and along the lakeshores. In winter, you can even go skiing a 27-minute drive (26 km) from Überlingen or across the nearby Austrian or Swiss borders.

Pros: Küchenausstattung top, alles was man im Urlaub, bei Selbstverpflegung, benötigt, ist vorhanden.
Größe der Zimmer super, obwohl das Bad recht klein ist; aber auch hier ist alles vorhanden und man muss sich halt nur bei der Benutzung ein wenig arangieren.
Die Terrasse liegt sehr ruhig und somit kann man hier wunderbar entspannen.
Ein eigener Parkplatz für die Gäste rundet den auf Aufenthalt in dieser FeWo ab.
10 von 10 Sternen. Auf jeden Fall eine Buchung wert.

Pros: Raumaufteilung war perfekt, Badezimmer hätte etwas größer sein können, aber noch ausreichend, kleine Terrasse schön und ruhig. Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hat alles ganz toll unternommen um den Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bieten. 1
Cons: Es gab nichts zu bemängeln

Die Wohnung hatte alles was man braucht.
