About this house rental
We require a 2 weeks notice on all reservations. No Booking with less than a 14 day notice, please. Our house keeper requires it.
NO MONTHLY RENTALS - 2 WEEKS MAXIMUM STAY
Newly remodeled and furnished to reflect modern mountain living. Nestled in the mountains, yet only a moments drive to the city of Breckenridge. Beautiful kitchen with appliances and granite countertops, seating at the bar with wood floors. Outside Hot Tub (4 person).
Dining area and family room are open to a spectacular view of Peak Seven, with all glass windows. Large river rock fireplace, and oak ceiling. Big screen television. Cable television.
Bedrooms include aspen log furniture, and pillowtop mattresses for a spectacular night of sleep following an active day of play. Sheets, towels and hairdryers are provided for your use.
Full recreational room lower level featuring pool table, full bath, sleeping area with entertainment center.
**** Pay for 6 nights, get the 7th free during selected summer seasons *****
Pets are welcome with a non-refundable $200 Deposit.

I stayed at Joanne’s Place with my cousins for a ski weekend. It was perfect for 10 adults. Very spacious. Easy drive to Gondola Parking. The view from the living space/kitchen is beautiful. Highly recommend.

The house was beautiful and the kitchen well stocked.
We will not return.
The poorly constructed stairs and 2nd floor that were simply so noisy that it was nearly impossible to sleep
in the Master bedroom due to the sound of footsteps
above; as if you were underneath a bowling alley.
The house also "moaned" if the wind was 15mph or higher.
Sadly, not for families.
