Jake was very quick to respond to my messages and was great to work with. House was clean and spacious. Dining room was our favorite because all 8 of us could fit and play games together.

Really enjoyed Jake's place. Large and roomy with modern features and items throughout, Lots of space for sure - dining area, den, kitchen, etc. Jake was easy to work with, and check in process was simple. Location is close to downtown and easy to get around to where we needed to go. Parking around back was nice, and the courtyard in the back was a nice touch.
