This was a perfect spacious apartment with great furniture, lots of coat hangers, all appliances you could ever need. The fact that it had parking was primo as we took some day trips. It over looks a lovely little square that is the gateway to the main street with excellent restaurants just steps away. The apartment is very quiet. We loved our stay here.

Any problems were rectified easily. Montepulicano is a special place & our 4 weeks at Il Sasso Italiano language school was excellent. Despite being a hill top town. We soon got used to walking vertically. The apartment was at the foot of the town & just right for parking. The 2 bedrooms provided plenty of room. We used the kitchen extensively. The view is not spectacular but is worthy of where it was situated. Serviced cleaning once a week was provided. We do recommend this simple abode. Thank you to the owners.

The apartment is perfectly located in Montepulciano to walk to restaurants, shopping, and cafes. It is clean and comfortable and includes parking just around the corner. We enjoyed our stay!

If you want to feel the vibes and culture of a beautiful Tuscan village stay here! Great home base to rent a car and visit the surrounding area. Be sure to get a tour of a wine cave. It's absolutely stunning! Great restaurants and fun shops steps away. Well stocked and expansive unit with comfortable bed. We loved our stay!
