On the lower level, the living and sleeping room serves as a welcoming communal space, featuring a comfortable double sofa bed, a dining table, and direct access to the terrace. This level also includes 1 bedroom with a double bed measuring 160 cm, a shower and WC en suite, and air conditioning. The open kitchen on this floor is fully equipped with modern appliances including an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dedicated dining table. A separate shower and WC is additionally available on this level.
The upper level houses 3 further bedrooms, all air-conditioned. The first room is fitted with 2 single beds, the second features a double bed measuring 160 cm with a private shower and WC en suite, and the third room is configured with 1 single bed and 1 double bed measuring 160 cm.
