Old apartment house "Altein", renovated in 2021. In the centre 1.3 km from the centre of Davos Platz, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, south-east facing position. In the house: central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Grocery 200 m, supermarket, shopping centre 150 m, restaurant, bus stop 200 m, railway station 2 km, indoor swimming pool 300 m. Golf course (18 hole) 400 m, mountain railway 1.5 km, ski lift 1.5 km, chair lift 1.5 km, cross country ski track 400 m. Nearby attractions: Kongresszentrum 200 m.

Voor de 5e keer hier en telkens weer verbeteringen (zoals houten vloer, extra badkamer). We hopen nog jarenlang terug te komen!

Wir waren zum wiederholten Mal in dieser Unterkunft. Die zentrale und doch ruhige Lage ist top. Ausserdem ist die Wohnung sehr geräumig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Dit is nu al de 10e keer dat we hier zijn geweest… nogmaals een top vakantie geweest. Hebben meteen weer voor volgend jaar gereserveerd!

Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig. Toletten/Badezimmer sind neu - bestens! Die Küche ist umfassend ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Besteck, Geräten usw. und einem Tisch mit 6 Stühlen, so dass alle dort essen können. Allerdings ist es zum Essen gemütlicher in der schönen Stube. Entlang der Wohnung mit Ausgang von der Stube und zwei Schlafzimmern erstreckt sich ein langer, breiter Balkon - mit Liege, Tisch und Stühlen, für "Zum's Vieri". Wir sind sehr zufrieden!
