In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "71" 400 m, railway station "Zell am See" 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 2.5 km, indoor swimming pool 2.5 km, thermal baths "Tauern Spa Kaprun" 10 km, bathing lake "Zeller See" 2.5 km. Gondola lift, skisport facilities 50 m, slopes 10 m, ski bus stop 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Schmittehöhe Zell am See 10 m, Kitzsteinhorn Kaprun 15 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Zeller See 2 km. Please note: no lift. Ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.

Budynek przy trasie zjazdowej. Idealna lokalizacja dla narciarzy. Można na nartach dojechać wprost do budynku. Ciepło i ciepła woda, doskonałe wyposażenie, parking.
