Enjoy a true oceanfront stay in Encinitas with private beach access just steps away via approximately 70 cliffside stairs, offering sweeping ocean views and the sound of the waves throughout your stay. This 1,500 sq. ft. home features two bedrooms plus an office and comfortably sleeps five guests, including a primary suite with a king bed and en-suite bath, a second bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite bath, and an office with a twin futon and desk. Guests enjoy access to resort-style community amenities such as two swimming pools (one with a nearby hot tub), tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball court, playground, greenbelts, clubhouse, and walking paths. Located just minutes from Grandview Beach, the home also includes a two-car garage, an in-unit washer and dryer, and beach gear. Please note the community enforces strict quiet hours with 24/7 decibel monitoring, a 7-night minimum.

The hosts are great, very communicative. Access to the gated community and the unit was easy. The condo is beautiful, sitting on a bluff so close to the ocean we had to look down to see the waves crashing on the beach. There were just two of us on this trip, but its three bedrooms make it perfect for our family of five, and we're eager to return with them.

Beautiful property and great location except for beach access . AC was lacking in cooling and not all portable cooling units were in working order. Comfortable beds and good quality linens. Dishwasher could use some maintenance . Overall, very nice
