About this apartment rental
The modern and well-furnished apartment “Haus Sohl 1” is situated in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Friedrichshafen, and is only a short drive from the pretty centre and the beach.
The 38 m² apartment on the first floor consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and is therefore perfect for 2 people (third person on request). Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a television. You can start the day with coffee and breakfast on the sunny balcony with seating furniture and a nice view over the neighbouring meadows.
A supermarket is 950 m oder a 2-minute drive away, only a short walk from a bakery, a restaurant and a pharmacy. A bus stop, from where you can get to all the surrounding areas, is right in front of the house, and the town centre of Friedrichshafen is 5 km or a 10-minute drive away, where you can stroll about the lovely promenades or visit the Zeppelin museum. The nearest beach, Strandbad Friedrichshafen, is only a short walk from the centre or a 13-minute drive (6.3 km) from the apartment. From the ferry terminal in Meersburg, a 28-minute drive (23 km) from the property, you can cross the lake to Konstanz and visit the picturesque old town centre with centuries-old architecture and a famous cathedral. The Lake Constance region offers numerous great hiking and cycling routes through scenic landscapes and along the lakeshores. In winter, you can even go skiing a 37-minute drive (31 km) away or across the nearby Austrian border. The charming island Lindau with its picturesque old town centre is a 32-minute drive (28 km) away and Bregenz in Austria, famous for its many cultural offerings, is a 38-minute drive or 40 km from the apartment.
Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Pets and smoking are not allowed.

Pros: Het zonnige balkon , we zitten niet de hele dag in de zon maar als je even een uurtje vrij hebt kan het.
Cons: Het uitzicht is niet zeezicht maar dit werd ruimschoots goed gemaakt door de fluitende vogeltjes .
Als je op het water uitkijkt wordt de prijs veel hoger dus prima prijs/kwaliteit .

Pros: Eine hübsche, helle Wohnung, gemütlich eingerichtet. Schön ist der Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne.
Man kann so herrlich den Sonnenuntergang erleben.
Cons: Zum See bzw. Zentrum ist es zu Fuß etwas weiter. Man braucht ein Fahrzeug.
