Villa Imperial at Lombardi is an award-winning beachfront villa situated in Protaras' most exclusive gated community, offering an unmatched level of privacy and luxury. Set across four levels, the villa features private gated access, an underground garage for up to three cars, and a lift to all floors except the roof terrace, which is accessible via internal stairs. Outside, a generous pool area with comfortable seating, an overflow swimming pool, and a 60-square-metre rooftop terrace provides ample space for relaxation and entertaining. Guests can enjoy outdoor dining, a BBQ area with a bar, and a chill-out zone, all with stunning sea views. Secure gated access at the bottom of the garden leads directly to the private beach, enhancing the sense of exclusivity.
Inside, the villa's ground level offers an open-plan layout with a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, and breakfast bar. The living area opens directly onto the poolside terrace, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. A double bedroom with en-suite bathroom is conveniently located on this level, with garden access and all modern comforts, including a plasma TV and satellite channels. Brilliant area Villa was good although basement smelt of damp . Gym was unusable due to an old flood . Pool was filthy on arrival but next day got sorted . Condom wrapper found under the bed so so great pre clean . Bar b q was Ritter and didn’t work but to be fair got replaced . Enjoyed it but wouldn’t stay there again for that money

On the whole we had a lovely time. Aged from 9 to 64 there was something for everyone and we were mostly comfortable in the villa . Issues with the air conditioning at the start which took 5 days to fix and power cut on out last morning. But these things happen and it did not spoil the holiday. The villa was spotless when we arrived and communication with the host was good, have advised that a broom to use during to stay would be helpful and instructions on how to work the lights and a/c ovens etc would be beneficial. In such a lovely location , lots of great beach walks. Thank you. Would love to stay again.

The Villa is very well located, just a short walking distance from several beautiful beaches and a supermarket, and only a very short drive from the town center. However, when we arrived, the place had a slightly musty smell, and one of the toilets was not clean. Thankfully, after we asked, they promptly sent someone to clean it.
Unfortunately, there was no "guest booklet" or any instructions on how to operate the amenities, which made things a bit challenging. The air conditioning did not function properly; some rooms were freezing while others were not cool at all. Additionally, the BBQ outside had no propane tank, which was a disappointment.
Overall, while the location is fantastic, the property could benefit from better maintenance and clearer instructions for guests.
