Beautiful terraced house "Maury", 3 storeys. In the resort 50 m from the centre of Grimaud, in a central position, 5 km from the sea. Shop 250 m, supermarket 6 km, restaurant, bar 200 m, bakery 150 m, café 200 m, pedestrian zone 20 m, bus stop "Font Mourier" 4.4 km, sandy beach "Port Grimaud" 6 km, public bathing area 5 km. Nearby attractions: Port Grimaud 5 km, Parc d'attractions Azur Park 5 km, Saint Tropez 8 km, Plages de Pampelonne 16 km, Cannes 84 km, Nice 110 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Saint Croix 92 km. Hiking paths: Massif de l'Esterel 50 km. Please note: car recommended. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Gassin, 6 km. The apartment is located in a zone with limited traffic.

Großzügiges Platzangebot über 3 Etagen, 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, im Erdgeschoss 1 knapp 50 qm großer Raum mit Küchenzeile, großem Esstisch und Riesensofa. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Lage unterhalb der Kirche in der Fußgängerzone ist wunderbar ruhig (einmal pro Woche befindet man sich mit Verlassen des Hauses auf einem typischen provencalischen Markt), binnen Minuten ist man im Zentrum der Altstadt (Restaurants). Zur wunderbaren Bäckerei 50 m. Kleines Manko: WLan nur in den oberen Etagen.

Für uns die richtige Unterkunft in der Region St. Tropez. Nicht mitten im "Kuchen", sondern ca. 6 km ausserhalb. Nur mit Auro möglich. Charmantes, zweckmässig eingerichtetes Steinhaus in einem sehr charmanten Örtchen. Alles wichtige in unmittelbarer Nähe (Bäckerei und sehr gute Restaurants).

Jolie maison de ville très bien située dans rue bruyante tôt le matin. Une table à repasser mais pas de fer, pas de grille pain, ni de bouilloire, aucun sac dans les poubelles. Le WiFi ne fonctionne que dans la chambre sous les toits ou dans la rue. Le service confiée à une société n'est pas à la hauteur du bien loué : Horaire d'ouverture de l'agence non conforme au mel, linge absent car volé entraînant une heure d'attente, indications de trajet incompréhensibles, pas de geste commercial...
