About this chalet rental
This house of a peaceful hamlet, welcomes you to 2 km of St Martin of Belleville, to 8 km of Ménuires, to a height of 1400 m, in 2 ' tracks and in 1 km of the businesses.
As which could welcome 5 persons with 1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 pullout bed (1x2pl or 2x1pl) and 1 reads folding baby. It is a house of 3 rooms(parts,plays) of a surface of 50 m2 understanding(including) 1 room(chamber) in RDC with bathroom and Toilets, American cooking(kitchen) and lounge(show) in the 1st, and 1 room(chamber) with TOILETS WASHBASINS in the second floor.
In the entrance(entry) of the hamlet in 150m of the house, we park its vehicle on a small collective parking lot from which we skip into the alleys of the hamlet to discover quickly the hut.
Outing of a fridge, patches, microwaves, washes linen, vacuum cleaner, and heavy saucepan with fondue.
You can naturally practise the ski or the surfing on the domain of 3 Valleys, but also in summer the other leisure activities such as: hike(ride), mo

Has everything you need. Is a little compact; can realistically fit no more than 5. But our stay was fantastic. Great views, great vibes.

The location is fantastic for easy access to the amazing Les Trois Vallées ski area with free parking. Host Dmitri was very friendly and responsive. The apartment is just fine but definitely not for more than four people. Narrow steep "road" down to the apt. inaccessible by car and treacherous with snow & ice. Doable, but you have to carry everything. Bathroom upstairs very small (you have to put your legs sideways to sit on the toilet) but strong shower always a plus. Recommend reservations at the restaurants in town as they book up. Bring your own games or iPad as only a few French channels on TV . All in all we found it to be a great location for the price!
