At this third-floor studio right above High Street, you’ll wake up in the middle of everything: boutique shopping, buzzy brunch spots, and nightlife, too. With reserved parking included, you can ditch the car, grab dinner, and catch a drag show next door. It’s the perfect, cozy spot to crash after a full night on the town.
Located on the the 3rd floor, the space has an open and industrial design with high ceilings and polished cement floors. What makes the space great is its centralized location in Columbus with a variety of breweries, restaurants, art galleries, and shops within walking distance from the front entrance of the condominium complex.
Within a short walking distance you`ll be minutes away from some of Columbus`s most popular bars and restaurants such as Town Hall, Union Cafe, Axis Night Club, Standard Hall, and many more!
**PLEASE NOTE** This condo is right next to Axis nightclub. We share the same parking lot. Weekends can get especially loud until 3 in the morning. We do provide earplugs and a sound machine for your convenience

Most of its tightly packed brick buildings date from at least the early 20th century, with traditional storefronts along High Street (often with brightly painted murals on their side walls), and old apartment buildings and rowhouses and newer condominium developments in the surrounding blocks. The city installed 17 lighted metal archways extending across High Street throughout the Short North, reminiscent of such arches present in the area in the early 1900s.
Walk everywhere in the Short North or take a quick ride to OSU, downtown, or German Village.

Clean towels, clean sheets, and great location as we were in town for a wedding at the Ellis. Although my husband and I are in pretty good shape for being 76, but the stairs got to us a bit!!Loved the vibe of the neighborhood.
