Wunderschönes altes Gebäude. Schöner gepflegter Garten. Italienisches toskanisches Ambiente mit einem spektakulären Ausblick. Abends zum Sonnenuntergang ein Glas Wein mit der Musik von Ludovico Einaudi „le onde“. Zum Verlieben schön! Besser geht es nicht. Küchenausstattung passt. In ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Heizungen/ Klima funktionieren einwandfrei.
Im Haus könnte man noch an der Inneneinrichtung das ein oder andere ersetzen. Alte Möbel zwar mit Charme aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ebenso das Sofa.

Ein tolles Grundstück mit schönem Garten & Blick aufs Meer. Wunderbar! Ruhige Straße/Umgebung. Zudem ist die Lage super als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge.
