About this house rental

28km north of Kuusamo, Ruka 5,7 km. Apartment in plank-built semi-detached house in a quiet location, built in 1992.
Bedroom 1: 2 beds, bedroom 2: 2 beds and bunk bed, combined living room/kitchen: convertible sofa for two, electric sauna.
The kitchen with appliances and the living room furniture were renewed in the fall of 2025.

Included in price:
ERV cancellation insurance
Final cleaning (Basic cleaning is always carried out by the guest) (2026-03-15 - 2027-05-01)
Laundry (initial supply of bed linen and towels) (2026-03-15 - 2027-05-01)

Muuten hyvä,mutta joutui siivoamaan myös edellisen/edellisten majoittujan "paskat"(muurahaisten raadot,koiran karvat sänkyjen alla sekä olohuoneen sohvalla,karkkipaperit mattojen alla,josta myös löytyi kaulakoru,joka jätettiin pöydälle)Myös muurahaisten torjuntaan kannattaa panostaa.
