About this apartment rental
A spacious and luxurious 4 bedroom+couch+single futon, 3 bathroom home with lots of natural light, a fully equipped kitchen, beautifuly designed bedrooms, high ceilings and a Yamaha piano. The bedrooms have electric black out blinds and the bathrooms have Japanese style toilets. All bathrooms have showers, one also has a bathtub. The bedrooms are all ensuite, 1 king size, 1 queen size, 2 small double beds, 1 single futon and the couch/mattress which can be made up to sleep a person.
Large spacious double reception rooms open unto balconies with views of a communal garden which can be accessed.
Modern Kitchen: Fully equipped with all the essentials, including Miele appliances: induction hob, microwave, warming drawer, oven, dishwasher, air fryer, blender and kitchen aid.
Enjoy meals in the eat in kitchen or in the dining room.
Situated between Kensington, Notting Hill and the two parks (Holland Park and Kensington Gardens), everything is within a few minutes walk: transport, parks, supermarket, shopping and restaurants. The apartment is an equidistant 6 minute walk from Notting Hill and Kensington tube station.
Ideal for families or groups. Baby, child and teenager friendly. Playstation, Wii, and lego are all available. Baby cot available upon request.
Complimentary housekeeping/freshening up service is offered twice a week. The housekeeper will come in on 2 agreed upon days per weekly reservation to tidy the kitchen and freshen up the bathrooms from 10-12. For shorter stays, we can arrange for her to come one time. This will be organised with Alina after the booking is made.

This was our family's first time visiting England. The location of the flat was ideal. Close to multiple Tube stations as well as shopping, food, and Kensington Palace/Park. The layout of the flat was fantastic. Lots of space for our family of 5, with 3 grown children. Kitchen was well equipped. Bathrooms were beautiful and clean (with Japanese toilets). It was a nice touch to supply soaps and shampoos. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Communication with host was easy, prompt and provided us with suggestions for transportation, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. All instructions for use of amenities in the flat were in an instruction booklet provided on arrival. They were clear and easy to follow. Overall the space was beautiful with hardwood floors and 10 foot ceilings. The pictures do not do the flat justice, it is quite spectacular. The neighborhood was quiet but lots to do within walking distance. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would return. We highly recommend this flat to anyone visiting London.
