The residence "Le Sapin", access by stairs, is composed of 3 large chalet, situated at the foot of the pistes of la Princesse residence "les sapins". On the outskirts, 2 km from the centre of Mégève, 3 km from the centre of Combloux, 650 m from the skiing area. Parking. Bus stop "Demi lune" 950 m, railway station "Sallanches" 10 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2.5 km, gondola lift 700 m, slopes 100 m. Please note: car recommended. Additional accommodations can be booked. Underground parking (extra).
"Sapin B", 1-room studio 17 m2, on the ground floor. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Kitchenette (3 hot plates, oven, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Small terrace, east facing position. Parking. Please note: TV only FR. No lift.

Well placed 200m from gthe slopes giving access to a queue free lift to the main skiing areas. Accomodation has everything we needed except a potato peeler. No view from the window. We would recommend it.
