Apartment block "Promenade (Utoring)". In the resort, 500 m from the centre, in a quiet position. In the house: lounge, table tennis, kiosk, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (limited number of spaces, extra) at the house, communal covered parking (extra), public car park at 800 m. Shop 500 m, bus stop "Arosa, Rathaus" 400 m, railway station "Arosa" 1 km. Skisport facilities, slopes, sled run 500 m. Home delivery service possible. Beautiful hiking trails right in front of the house. Attention: limited number of parking spaces! Parking space or garage space must be reserved in advance with the key holder: parking space CHF 5.00/day, covered parking space CHF 8.00/day, garage space CHF 16.00/day, payable on site. Lounge with internet connection (WiFi). Ski passes are available at reception.

Praktisch und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Für 2 Personen ausreichend Platz, für mehr aber nicht. Küche moderner als auf Inserat (4 Platten-Glaskeramikherd) aber ohne Backofen dafür GS. Schöne Aussicht. Gerne wieder.

Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Sauberes Appartment. Moderne Küche. Gute Ausstattung (alles vorhanden, was man braucht). Die Matratzen der Betten könnten besser sein, eine war zu hart, die andere zu weich. Zum Duschen wat die veraltete Sitzbadewanne etwas unbequem. Gedeckter Parkplatz konnte angemietet werden.
