In the complex: storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path (35 steps) to the house. Parking. Supermarket 1.7 km, restaurant 800 m, bus stop "Demi lune" 950 m, railway station "Sallanches" 10 km. Golf course (18 hole) 2.5 km, gondola lift 700 m, slopes 100 m. Nearby attractions: Megève 2 km, Mont-Blanc 38 km, Genève 64 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: La Princesse. Please note: car recommended, no lift. Additional accommodations can be booked.

Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen), DVD. Exit to the balcony. Kitchenette (3 hot plates, oven, microwave) with bar. Bath/shower/WC. Electric heating. Small balcony 3 m2, south-west facing position. View of the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. TV only FR. No lift. Access to the building by external staircase – not suitable for people with reduced mobility and strollers.

Le logement très bien.. L'emplacement et la vue très bien.. Un détail important l'accessibilité très compliqué beaucoup de marches pas très sécurisées.. Avec les bagages etc..!!!! Sinon... Le reste impec.. L'agence AIC qui remet les clefs aussi les filles très sympa.. Attentives.. Aimables et font le max pour les renseignements...

They really should have a heater in the room. It was cold in the night. A heater in the bathroom is not enough.
