We got upgraded from Aqua Breeze due to some work being done on it. Tropical Executive is very nice, with no significant negatives, except that it takes a long time for water to get hot (sink or shower) after you turn it on, and it never got really hot (in any bathroom) - it got warm, but not hot. Probably less of an issue when the weather is hotter - we were there at Christmas.It's not evident from any documentation, but the deck outside your windows is not really 'your' deck - anyone else in the complex can get to it - but no one did while we were there. The concrete walkway shown in the picture is on the other side of a fence in a park, and takes some time to get to.It's a little longer walk to Duval than I had hoped, but nicely quiet.The furniture was clean and the TV worked well.A smoke alarm outside the apartment in a passageway started chirping (likely due to low battery) which was reported to the property management company, and they had it fixed within the hour. Very responsive! Overall, we had a really nice stay!

We love this unit! Everything was perfect! Minor issue with WIFI when we arrived but, Marissa(Compass Realty) addressed the issue in a very timely manner. Elevator was down for repair during our visit but, Compass Realty contacted us in advance offering to move us to another unit. We opted to stay in this unit as we had stayed several units here and loved the outdoor space.

We have stayed at the harbor place in Truman annex before and loved it! This is a great location, in the middle of everything! We would definitely stay in this building again. However, we couldn’t recommend this condo. Aside from the lack of light and feeling dark, several things did not work properly. The master bedroom fan never worked. It was still and stuffy in the master so I slept on the couch all week. The master shower did not drain. 6 days into our stay, it was finally fixed - even though ut was reported on day 2. The plumber came out to find and left the massive clump of hair, that was clogging the drain, in the shower for us to clean up. The air condition stopped working. After two days, we were able to get a repair guy out. The condo was big enough to accommodate our family of four. We love key west and are already talking about when to come back! It just won’t be at this unit.
