It consists of:
- a living room with a sleeping area,
- a small TV corner,
- a fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster...),
- a dining room,
- a shower room with shower and toilet (sanibroyeur).
🛌 The flat has a sleeping area:
- a double bed for 2 people.
⭐ Travel in comfort thanks to the facilities present in the flat, such as a television, wifi connection, kitchen equipment or bed linen and towels for 2 people on arrival.

🔒 Following your reservation: In order to welcome you in a really nice place and to keep our apartment as beautiful as they are, a deposit on your credit card will be requested via a trusted partner "Swikly".
After your booking confirmation, you will get an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card.
This verification will assure us an amount in case something happens in the flat. Nothing will be blocked or taken from your account.
Please note that without this deposit, access to the accommodation will not be sent to you, and your booking won't be refund.
Nb: This deposit is also accepted by platforms.
💁 We are discreet and you have independent access to the accommodation. We are in Grenoble and remain available for all your requests!
🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed linen and towels, so leave with peace of mind! Due to health safety regulations, bed linen and towels will be left on your bed.
🤝 This is solidarity accommodation! The entire cost of cleaning is donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and cleaning solidarity).
🕰️ Please note that arrival is possible from 17:00. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible up to 10:00 am. For late check-out, please contact us in advance. An additional charge of €24 incl. VAT applies in both cases.

L'appartement est beau mais :
Le bâtiment est vraiment dégradé
Sous les toits il fait très chaud
Fenêtre ouverte c'est très bruyant
Il n'y avait pas de volet, il manquait un store et l'autre était cassé
La sanibroyeur fait un bruit épouvantable à interval régulier même lorsqu'il n'est pas utilisé
Il y a des bruits provoqué par la trappe de plafond dans la salle de bain.
Bien trop cher pour le confort tout relatif
