Orchard House at Broadwell Manor is a beautifully refurbished Cotswold holiday apartment which sleeps two guests, in one well-appointed bedroom, with one shower room. This stylish top floor apartment features a light and airy open plan kitchen/dining room, a cosy sitting room and a roof terrace with outdoor seating and fabulous countryside views. There is also a small orchard and patio area at ground level which guests are welcome to enjoy. Orchard House is positioned within the stunning grounds of Broadwell Manor, a quintessential Grade II* listed Georgian country house.
Orchard House at Broadwell Manor can be booked either on its own, or with The Old Stables at Broadwell Manor which sleeps four guests. Located in the same estate grounds, the two together offer an ideal setup for two families, or for friends travelling together.

The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property

Well I have to say it stay cotswolds where absolutely great sent all information needed promptly and on the day massaged to say apartment was ready early . The apartment was just as the photos in advert absolutely lovely and the location was lovely

A great base for a 4 night stay in the Cotswolds in a beautiful apartment.
The grounds of Broadwell Manor are lovely and it was very peaceful (other than the RAF planes over heard - but this was a great sight to see).
The sofa isn’t very comfortable but the bed is. Main bathroom needed a good dust.
The cot and highchair we requested weren’t in the apartment when we arrived and had to wait a couple of hours for them to be delivered.
Overall a great place to stay but more suited to couples without children - our 15 month old wanted to get in all the cupboards (no soft close doors) and pull at the wood in the fireplace.

A pleasant stay at a property in a very convenient location although a little difficult to find. We found the lounge furniture a little uncomfortable (for ones of a certain age) but the accommodation is furnished to a high standard.
Just an observation the excellent property would benefit from some very minor changes. More crockery and cutlery would mean more efficient use of the dishwasher also the property needs external storage for the rubbish and recycling materials.

A beautiful, well maintained, stunningly designed apartment a short drive to the delightful Stow. Thoughtfully equipped and spotless, providing a central touring base for the magnificent Cotswolds.
Hidden in the quiet grounds of a Cotswolds gem where birdsong and peace were uninterrupted for our entire stay.
Could only have been improved by a fan, a parasol, a more comfortable sofa and permission to occasionally visit the alluring walled kitchen garden or manor grounds.
