About this house rental
The holiday villa Dolores is located in Tisno on the Dalmatian coast between Zadar and Šibenik (near Vodice).
From Villa Dolores to the sea is about 80 meters. From the balconies of the apartment you have a wonderful view over the town Tisno, on the bridge that connects the mainland with the island Murter and on the opposite island Murter.
A picturesque bay with fine pebble beach is within walking distance. Also on the opposite island of Murter is a beautiful beach in a campsite / apartment complex, which can be reached by car, bicycle or boat in a few minutes.
The house is located in a quiet residential area in Tisno.
Shopping or Restaurants are within easy walking distance. There are 3 apartments with 60 m² living space, 2 bedrooms and 15 m² balconies, and a penthouse with about 120 m² and a 40 m² terrace with stunning sea views and three bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 guest toilet ,
The house has a Klimanalge, and an oil heater so that a year-long use is possible.
The balconies are covered in all apartments and offer a magnificent view over the sea to the opposite island of Murter.
On the balcony is complete seating area, each with a sun lounger, fully equipped kitchens (eg. Coffee machine),
Bedroom with a double bed, shower, WC
SAT-TV (Full-HD Samsung) and an electric grill.

Good points:
• Beautiful view from the balcony
• Comfortable beds
• Good shower
• Modern and spacious
• Generally tidy and clean
• Washing machine downstairs and drying rack on balcony (but we had to buy our own laundry detergent)
• Tea bags, sugar, kettle, toaster etc
• Plenty of cups, plates, cutlery, utensils , pots and pans etc
• Easy and spacious parking
• Apartment was easy to find
• Easy to get apartment keys
Bad points:
• Air conditioning is only in the kitchen /living room area and not in the bedrooms so it can get very hot at night
• There was only one fan in one of the bedrooms, which was dirty and dusty, (it looked like it hadn’t cleaned in years!). They would not supply us with another fan so we had to buy one, which we left there!
• Cob webs

Villa was lovely, stunning views. Unfortunately, there were quite a few things that need looking into. The roof on the terrace had cigarette ends, beer can and debris on it. The manager was rude and not helpful. We were told taxes were Euro 20 and he charged us Euro 49 before giving us the key. The towels were a disgrace, old, stained and not fit for my dog to use. we asked for more towels as we were there for ten days and a change of sheets. They never arrived. We went to manager's offer and asked again, we then called. Eventually some towels were left but they were disgusting. A five star villa - this is not acceptable. The sheets arrived on Thursday and we were leaving on Saturday. Clean sheets should be in the cupboard for guests together with acceptable towels. There is only one air conditioning unit in front room. The bedrooms were incredibly hot and there was one fan which was on its last legs and useless. It took the manager five days to open the laundry room even though we called him repeatedly. I do not know why we were charged Euros 50 for cleaning - nobody came to villa and we cleaned everything ourselves. The internet hardly works - an hour here and there. The TV in the front bedroom does not work. It is a real shame as the apartment was lovely but all these things let it down. We paid a lot of money for this apartment but did not feel it was worth it with the service we received. You also need to state on your website that a car is absolutely essential.
