LOTS of space and bathrooms which was a definite positive for our group. The weather was too cold for the pool, but the hot tub was a great surprise. Thank you for the games and activities included with the rental.

House was perfect for my son and DIL’s wedding party! Plenty of room, very clean, great communication from owner. Def will save this property for future stays in Dripping Springs with a large group!

Enjoyed our 2 night stay with extended family. Little kids enjoyed the heated pool. We all enjoyed the game room. Lots of room for everyone and plenty of beds. We also brought a dog, and there were no issues with her stay either.
