Tudorland South on 30A is located right in the heart of Seacrest Beach, this spacious 3-bedroom 3-bathroom condo is located on the ground floor overlooking the 12,000 square feet luxurious lagoon pool, surrounded by spacious greenery, palm trees galore, and bike trails waiting to be explored. You can sit on your private patio and watch your kids play in the pool as it is right next to the patio! This beach condo sleeps up to 10 comfortably and was updated in 2024! This beach house is perfect for families or friends looking for attention to detail.
Seacrest has been rated the best subdivision on 30A and many of our guests are so excited to tell us how once they unpacked their cars, they did not need them again until it was time to return home. When you choose our condo for your vacation, you’re sure to create happy memories that will last a lifetime!
30A has an amazing selection of restaurants in all price categories but if you do decide to stay home and use the fully equipped kitchen and upgraded appliances you will be happy to know we have it heavily stocked with all your cooking needs. Plenty of pots, pans, cutting boards, etc. We also have a coffee maker and a Keurig for you to use. Brand new in 2024 all new plates, cups, and silverware.
We like to provide all convenient amenities for our guests with beach chairs, beach towels, and assorted beach toys for the kids. Please help yourself they are there for your enjoyment.

Master - King-Sized Bed-Private Bath with Jetted Tub and Shower.
Guest Room #1- King-Sized Bed- Private Bath with Tub and Shower.
Guest Room #2 - Queen over Queen Bunk + Twin over Twin Bunk
Beach Access: - The deeded beach access for Seacrest Beach is located right across the street. Guests can walk to the beach within 4 minutes or take the complimentary golf cart tram by getting on the tram stop right outside our condo.
Starter Pack: We provide our guests shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their amenities once our initial pack is depleted.
Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. For your protection, we encourage you to purchase Travel Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation. Airbnb guests have a separate cancellation policy.
*Off-season monthly rates available upon request
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Please also note, that a $150 resort fee is applied to all reservations per the HOA.
NO PETS and NO PARTIES are allowed under no circumstances. No more than 10 guests are allowed in the condo. NO SMOKING is allowed in the unit or on the patio. If guests violate this rule at any time they will be asked to vacate the property and no refund will be issued. Please also note no golf carts are allowed in Seacrest, Alys, or Rosemary Beach.

Our stay at Tudorland South was perfect from start to finish. The location is so convenient! We walked to the beach, dinners, drinks, shopping, EVERYTHING! The poolside location made pool time extra easy for additional drinks, lunch, snacks, etc! We loved sitting on the covered patio in the large sectional and casual rockers! The photos don't do the furnishing justice! Everything was pristine! The beds, bedding and towels were pure luxury! We can't wait to go again!

This was the 2nd year staying here. We love the comfy feel of this property. We take a girls trip to 30 A quite frequently, 4 ladies. So convenient to everything. Clean and plenty of space. The pool is great - close to the beach access. Great restaurants within walking distance. We had a little hiccup with the door lock ( our fault) Had to call Katherine and she was so nice and help us get things figured out. We will definitely book this great place again.

Property was very nice, very close to everything you need. Walkable to all kinds of entertainment and restaurants. The square had a farmers market that was very nice, small grocery close by. Beach area a little crowed but it is peak season. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed in Tudorland South for a wedding we were attending and it could not have been more perfect. We didn’t drive anywhere once we arrived, we walked to restaurants, shopping, drinks in a small little bar we loved. The condo was beautiful, very spacious and had everything we needed and the walkout to that amazing pool was exactly why we chose Tudorland South. Our host was extremely accommodating, we would definitely stay with them again.
