About this house rental
Cottage House is one block to beach and one block to downtown. Central air conditioning and heating. It's the perfect location for a Laguna Beach vacation. 3 Bedroom, 2 baths, two master bedroom suites each with bathroom en suite and a Ca king bed. Queen Sleeper sofa in living, third small bedroom with a twin size bed. Kitchen and master bath with all the modern conveniences. The house has dishwasher, laundry and patios including outdoor BBQ and large private patio on the front of the house with lots of outdoor furniture. The house includes parking on-site. During the summer the free trolley service is available to take you north or south anywhere in town and beyond. The bus stop for both directions is right across the street from the house on PCH. Everything (beach across the street, restaurants, shopping, entertainment, etc.) are within walking distance from the house. You can park your car on the property and walk everywhere. If you need additional onsite free parking, a 2nd parking spot may be available upon request. Contact the owner.

Clean, tastefully decorated, modern 3 bedroom unit. Great kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils and small appliances. Two outdoor seating areas. A little noise next to the street but not a big deal. Good communication with host. Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our ten day stay at Lou’s cottage! The layout of the property was perfect for me, my mother, niece and two young adult sons. The cottage itself was lovely with great attention to detail - but the big story is the location! We only used our car three times during the whole stay. It is in the heart of everything! Less than 5 minute walk to the Village and Main Beach. We walked to Heisler Park twice a day! (do not miss sunsets at Heisler)We have stayed at rental properties across Laguna Beach and this location can not be beat!
