Mid-century modern little house with good location and open feel.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Inside was clean and photos are accurate. Outside deck and patios are not maintained, nor is the yard which was overgrown to the degree that it was inaccessible. The grill and beer table are in poor condition and garden off the deck is not maintained. Outdoor bean bag chairs were dirty and unusable. There was no charcoal present for the grill or usable wood and kindling for the wood stove (as is pictured). Overhead light bulbs were missing in the kitchen, so there’s inadequate light for cooking in the evening. Kitchen utensils are in poor condition. There was no pepper or oil present, nor a baking sheet. Lights in the bathroom and sink are just bare bulbs, and not very pleasant. Bathroom is dated, but jetted tub was a nice surprise. Pink mildew along the bottom of the shower curtain. As others have noted, towels are well used, and freezer was almost unusable as it needs to be defrosted. All of the above could be easily addressed to improve the quality of the property and a visitor’s stay, otherwise, I would not stay again. Location is good, near grocery, short walk to beach and the Parkside (highly recommended).
