About this house rental
Located in Grove, enjoy what this 2-bedroom house has to offer. Step into this cozy space with 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, 2 twin bed, and even a playpen and bassinet for the little ones. We also have a baby bath seat, high chair, baby play seat and some kids books. With amenities like AC, heating, coffee and sugar provided and a few condiments, ketchup, mustard, mayo, some spices. WiFi password (lakehouse), and a hair dryer, electric fire place, guests can relax in comfort. Enjoy your time in Grove at our cozy Lake cottage with a fire pit, 2 lounge chairs for tanning,, cook out on the grill or enjoy the hot tub... Want to get out on the town; Grand lake casino is 1 mile down the road, or several other with in a 25 minute drive and lots of shopping and amenities in Grove. Tons of restaurants, from sea food, bbq, Mexican food, or plenty of cafe's to choose from for a great breakfast. and the marina is a mile down the road so you can bring your jet ski's or your boat we have plenty of yard parking. EVENTS:: We do allow events at an EXTRA COST. Please message me here on the inquiry for that information. All Events must be approved and have event insurance for the day/days of the event and show proof of the insurance. We can accommodate Weddings, Birthdays, Bachelor and bachelorette parties, Anniversary’s, reunions, meetings, dance parties, graduation parties. You name it. Pavilion and party deck maybe subject to prior reservation.

Very cute property. We had two couples. I can’t imagine any more people could stay there comfortably. The house is pretty small. The outdoor space was wonderful! We enjoyed sitting in the Adirondack chairs over looking the lake. We would definitely stay here again.

This lake cottage was beyond our expectations! With great lake views in a quiet neighborhood, our stay here was just what we needed for a girls weekend. The host was also super helpful and worked with us to get an item we had left behind. Would 100% recommend this spot to anyone!

The "cabin" is still under construction, I hope. Safety hazards in the grass I.E. a stack of shingles in front , scrap metal in back, large crack between dining area and living area, broken down R.V. next to house, bugs in kitchen on walls, 40 foot drop down a rocky cliff to the water. Price was ok for the view and hot tub.
